Who is Fitness Atlast?

Fitness Atlast is one of the most honest personal training networks across the nation.  Every client will receive a free 30 minute consultation, letting us know everything about each client as well as finding out the goals that need to be reached.  We will find out what each client eats, when they sleep, what they don't eat, and how they exercise. 

30 Minute Consultation?

This will be the most important 30 minutes of your life because this will give us the opportunity to learn who you are as well as your good and bad habits of your way of living.  Once this consultation is completed, we will discuss your options of obtaining that healthy lifestyle.

Why are we different?

We've been around the training industry for years and learned to know good trainers and bad trainers.  We know exactly how to treat each and every client, letting the client know that every minute counts. Some trainers will just show clients the basics and nothing more.  Some trainers will look the other way while training, eat something, drink something, talk on the phone.  With us, this will never happen.  With our training sessions, one on one will be what every trainer gets.  The attention is on the client, not the trainer. Time is money!  For every client, our phones are on 24 hours a day and we're available to answer any questions about the Health and Fitness industry.  A client isn't just a number or an hour slot.  The client will become our friend and together, we will help each other out no matter what.  Every minute is important during a training session because we are the teacher and the client is the student.  Once the bell rings, the client will be on their on for the rest of the day.  No cameras, no recorders, nothing!  We have no idea what the client is eating or doing for the rest of the day, so trust will become a big part in a trainer/client relationship.

Why show attention and have trust?

Trust is important because if trust isn't in this relationship, it will become more difficult to achieve your goals as well as become more expensive.  We will show you the attention that you need to reach those goals as well as focus on every client learning exercises and routines and not forgetting them.  This is important because you want to learn and remember, not depend on a trainer forever.  What to eat, what not to eat, what routines to do by yourself.  A trainer is what you call, temporary!

Why is a trainer temporary?

As a trainer, we need new clients to share routines, exercises, and nutrition.  Each great money for a trainer to have a client for years but what is this really saying.  Is this saying that the client isn't learning everything the right way?  A trainer should teach the client what to do and discipline the client to remember each and every exercise and note every that is said.  This is the only way that a client will succeed and reach their goal.  This is a must for every client.  A client shouldn't have to have a trainer for more than six months, only they just like the company!  This is a fact!  Of course, the money is great from the eyes of the trainer, but more and more clients should be focused on rather than the same client for years and years.

What will be learned?

What will not be learned is the question?  We will give knowledge of nutrition, free weights, machines, abdominal exercises, supplements, cardiovascular, and much more.  We will tell you what's good to eat, when to eat it, how much cardio to do, why do cardio, how much weight, reps vs. heavy weight, exercises that are good for women vs exercises that are good for men, and on and on.
